About Krung Pivot
A firm built on
considered counsel
We work alongside leadership teams who want structured thinking applied to their most pressing business decisions — without the overhead of a large consulting house.
Back to HomeOur Story
From Bangkok, Oriented Toward the Region
Krung Pivot was established by a small group of former corporate strategists and market researchers who spent most of their careers advising multinationals and regional conglomerates across Southeast Asia. What began as informal advisory work for a handful of Bangkok-based entrepreneurs gradually took shape as a formal consulting practice.
The name reflects something intentional. Krung — the Thai word embedded in Bangkok's full ceremonial name — represents a centre of convergence. Pivot speaks to the kind of thoughtful directional shift that good consulting should enable. Together they describe what we try to do: help organisations find a clearer footing from which to move forward.
We operate as a focused practice rather than a generalist firm. Our three engagement types represent areas where we have accumulated genuine depth — pricing economics, organisational change dynamics, and ASEAN market intelligence. We do not chase scope beyond those boundaries.
Our Mission
To give leadership teams access to structured, research-backed thinking that improves the quality of consequential decisions — without unnecessary complexity or jargon.
Our Approach
Each engagement is scoped deliberately. We invest time in understanding the specific context before presenting any conclusions. Findings are presented in plain language, with clear reasoning for every recommendation.
Our Values
Intellectual honesty, scope discipline, and respect for the client's time. We would rather say something is outside our expertise than overextend and deliver something of lesser quality.

How We Work
Quality Standards & Protocols
Confidentiality Agreement
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any substantive information is exchanged. Your commercial data and strategic plans remain strictly confidential throughout and after the engagement.
Source Verification
All secondary research is drawn from verifiable sources. Primary research involves direct interviews with identified market participants. No research deliverable is built on unverifiable claims.
Peer Review Process
Every client deliverable undergoes internal review by a team member not involved in the primary analysis. This reduces blind spots and ensures the quality of reasoning before anything reaches the client.
Data Privacy Practices
Client data is stored on encrypted infrastructure and access is limited to the assigned consulting team. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Milestone-Based Progress
Engagements include defined check-in points tied to the stated timeline. Clients receive progress updates at each milestone without needing to request them.
Post-Delivery Review
After the final deliverable is presented, we hold a structured review session to walk through findings, address questions, and discuss how the outputs can be applied within your organisation.
Consulting Expertise Rooted in Southeast Asian Context
Business decisions made in Bangkok carry a particular weight. The intersection of Thai corporate culture, regulatory frameworks, and ASEAN market proximity creates a decision-making environment that differs materially from those in other major business cities. At Krung Pivot, our work reflects an understanding of that environment — not a translation of methods developed elsewhere.
Pricing decisions in Southeast Asia require sensitivity to local willingness-to-pay patterns, currency behaviour, competitive positioning across income segments, and distribution channel economics that vary considerably from country to country. A pricing framework that works in one market may require significant rethinking for the next.
Organisational change in Thai and regional businesses involves navigating hierarchical structures, informal influence networks, and communication norms that shape how transitions are received and sustained. Our Change Readiness Program was designed with those realities in mind — drawing on direct experience with organisations where those dynamics are present rather than peripheral.
