Each engagement begins with an initial scoping discussion where we align on the problem, the expected outputs, and the timeline. How are your fees structured?
Fees are fixed per engagement. You will see the price before we begin, and it will not change based on scope creep unless a material change to the brief is agreed in writing by both parties. We typically request 50% at engagement start and 50% upon delivery of the final report.
Do you work with businesses outside Bangkok?
Yes. While our offices are in Bangkok, we work with organisations across Thailand and Southeast Asia. A significant portion of our work involves ASEAN markets, and we are comfortable working with remote or regionally distributed teams through structured digital collaboration.
What information do you need to get started?
At the initial stage, we ask for a brief description of your organisation, the challenge you are facing, and what you hope to have clarity on by the end of the engagement. We do not require detailed internal data upfront — that is gathered once we have agreed on scope and signed a confidentiality agreement.

The standard package covers two to four ASEAN markets comparatively, which is where the cross-market framework adds the most value. For single-country research, we can discuss a tailored scope during the initial conversation. The timeline and fee may differ depending on market complexity.
