Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 8 April 2026

This policy explains what cookies are, how Krung Pivot uses them on this website, and how you can control your preferences. We aim to be transparent and to give you meaningful control over your cookie experience.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They are used to remember information about your visit — for example, your language preference or whether you have already accepted a consent notice. Most websites use cookies in some form.

Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by other companies whose content appears on the page (such as analytics services) are called "third-party cookies".

Cookies We Use

We use cookies in the following categories:

Essential / Necessary (Always active)
These cookies are required for the website to function. They enable core features such as navigation and session management. They cannot be disabled. Examples: session identifiers, cookie consent preference storage.
Analytics (Optional)
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where visitors arrive from. This data is used in aggregate to improve the website. Provider: Google Analytics.
Marketing (Optional)
These cookies may be used to deliver relevant advertising and to track campaign performance. They are only active if you opt in. If not consented, no marketing cookies are placed.
Preferences (Optional)
These cookies remember choices you make to personalise your experience — such as language or region settings. Without them, your preferences may need to be re-entered on each visit.

Cookie Duration

Cookies fall into two duration categories:

  • Session cookies: Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for temporary state such as navigation memory within a visit.
  • Persistent cookies: Remain on your device for a set period. Our analytics cookies typically expire after 13 months. Consent preference cookies expire after 12 months.
